I personally think that yes. Sadly, finishing a level fast doesn't depends on your skills much which is a nice touch in Sonic Adventure, but I still think it's cool.

I kinda liked Sonic Adventure. But it was blocky. (mind you I have the Dream Cast version) Oh and one more thing. I know this is off topic, but how do I put my advatar up?

I'm going to say, and speak for a good percentage of the people here, that SA2B pwns SADX. SADX isn't as addictive. Plus, it's much more glitchy. I much prefer SA2B and I think it's a much better game for time attack, too.

This game is so....Boring to time attack I used to at least have fun on sadx and sa2b, not playing a 20 minutes level....

Just play heroes and do what I did, just submit all the times right now, and just do all of the levels with really bad times once to get it better just so it looks like we have members. This game really doesnt need the "skill" that the other sonic games had to beat stuff.

That's why I don't really time attack it. I prefer having games that you need true skill to play.

Heroes is better for time attack because of the size of the levels. In SADX, once you found a small cheap shortcut, it really boosted your time. Heroes requires more skill for time attack because of more difficult battles, knowing when to use your team blasts, etcetra. (For time attack, when you use your team blast for Team Dark is important because it freezes the clock for a few seconds)

Sonic heroes is worse because its EXTREMELY hard to spin-jump, plus the three people on a team thing isn't good for time attack.

Those shortcuts aren't cheap, they require you to search for them, to search ways to make them better AND skill, and a lot more than in Heroes too. In SA you need skill for almost everything, while in Heroes, you just follow the roads...

I think you're all forgetting the extra missions. They require quite a bit of "shortcuts" and skill. And I personally like Time Attack in this game. It's easier to get used to, and you have a tougher comptetion. In SADX and SA2B, you usually had about 4 guys taking control and everyone else lagging. At least for SADX.

It takes an hour or two just to improve my times, and with all the "glitchy" stuff its hard as hell.

I don't post my times for the adventure games for two reasons:

1. The glitches and screwy camera

2. I was going to post the times I had but I noticed about every time was about a minute faster than me(minus bosses), and on all those levels I went as fast as I could. So, there's no point, or somebody could just give me some tips :P
